Look up a video on Youtube and then in the URL address bar add this code onto the end.

&fmt= 18

So, as for Example : 

www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAXTCnux

would become

www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAXTCnux&fmt= 18

Now load both these videos and check the difference in quality.
