Apart from the Aero Glass Effect it also includes some other features like AeroSnap, Blur, Reflection etc. The main use of this software is to get Aero Glass Effect in Windows XP but you can also install other skins/themes in BorderSkin. It also works on Windows 7 and Windows Vista.

TrueTransparency is a freeware that changes the windows border adding png support and enables the user to get Aero Glass Effect in Windows XP using various skins. The software also emulates the new Aero Snap and Aero Shake features seen in Windows 7. TrueTransparency is a great software which enables us to get aero glass effect in Windows XP, we can also download many skins for TrueTransparency online and use with it. I’ve already tested this software on my Windows XP and it worked great.
